The architecture keeps built volumes low, maintains consistent setbacks, and reserves a meaningful share of the 12.48 acres for open recreational ground — a discipline that distinguishes City 79B from denser developments on the same road.

Signature Global, listed on Indian stock exchanges since September 2023 and backed by institutional investors including HDFC and IFC, commenced operations in Gurgaon in 2014 with the Solera project.
