Signature Global Awards ₹920 Crore in Construction Contracts for Sarvam
Signature Global, founded in Gurugram in 2014, has awarded construction contracts worth ₹920 crore for its Sarvam luxury residential project at DXP Estate, Sector 37D, Gurugram, with work scheduled to commence by Q3 FY27. The contracts have been split between KEC International Ltd, which specializes in infrastructure engineering, procurement, and construction services across power transmission, railways, civil, urban infrastructure, and renewable energy sectors, and NCC Limited, a leading Indian construction firm established in 1978 that specializes in residential and commercial buildings, infrastructure development including roads and bridges, and electrical and power transmission projects.
The Sarvam Project
Sarvam spans over 13.56 acres and features 11 towers offering 3 and 3 BHK+Utility apartments with sizes ranging from approximately 1,800 to 2,200 sq.ft. The project is distinguished as Gurugram's first-ever wellness concept residential development, integrating a range of premium wellness amenities under the CLUB WELLNESS umbrella.
Strategically located at DXP Estate on Dwarka Expressway, the project enjoys seamless connectivity to Delhi, IGI Airport, NH-48, and major business hubs of Gurgaon.
Developer Background
Signature Global is listed on both the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India. Till Q1FY24-25, the company has delivered over 11 million square feet of projects and currently has ongoing projects covering 16.4 million square feet, along with a robust pipeline of 29.6 million square feet of saleable area. The company holds a market share of 13 percent in the Delhi NCR region and 27 percent in the micro markets of Gurugram within these segments.
Initially established as a key player in affordable and mid-housing, the company successfully transitioned to the premium housing segment in 2024, marked by the successful launch of two group housing projects with record sales value.

KEC International executes civil engineering projects such as the construction of residential townships, automobile and auto ancillary factories, cement plants and warehouses. NCC stands number two among listed construction companies in India with a consolidated annual turnover of Rs 15,701 crore as of March 31, 2023, and maintains a well-diversified business portfolio with presence in Buildings, Transportation, Electrical, Water & Environment, Irrigation, Railways, and Mining segments.
The awarding of these contracts reflects Signature Global's expansion into larger-format luxury developments and underscores the scale of construction activity across the Dwarka Expressway corridor in Gurugram.
