Signature Global adds senior-living homes to Gurugram’s Sector 37D

Signature Global and Manasum Senior Living announced plans on October 18, 2026, for Manasum Varishta, a 164-apartment senior-living project at Signature Global Sarvam at DXP Estate in Sector 37D, Gurugram. The for-sale homes are planned as part of a wider development described as spanning 14 acres, with approximately 3.6 million sq ft of overall development area.

The project is designed around senior-living services alongside residential ownership. The reported estimate is approximately ₹3.7 crore per apartment, with total sales potential of ₹575 crore. Project details and partnership

Signature Global is responsible for the land, development, construction, project financing, approvals and liaisoning. Manasum Senior Living is handling marketing and sales, and is expected to manage the senior-living services after handover. The arrangement brings the residential development and construction role together with a specialist service operator for the community’s ongoing needs.

The homes are three-bedroom apartments offered for sale, rather than hotel or resort accommodation. Reported services include food and beverage, concierge and housekeeping, as well as round-the-clock healthcare support, an ambulance on standby and community activities. The reported apartment prices are estimates; at approximately ₹3.7 crore each, the project’s estimated sales potential is ₹575 crore.

Signature Global’s project website gives the wider Sarvam land parcel as 13.5656 acres. That figure relates to Sarvam at DXP Estate, rather than a separately identified Varishta parcel. The construction contract had reportedly been awarded before the October 18 announcement, and work was expected to begin within a month. The parties aimed to close sales within 12–18 months of the report and projected handover in approximately 48 months. Those intervals are measured from the announcement period; the report did not provide a calendar handover date.
