Signature Global (India) Limited and Tonino Lamborghini S.p.A. announced on 27 October 2026 that Phase 1 of Tonino Lamborghini Residences in Sector 71, Gurugram, has been completely sold out. The project sits on the Southern Peripheral Road and forms part of the SG SPR Estate. Business Standard, citing a developer statement, reported that the sell-out came in less than three months after the launch.
The development covers about 12.40 acres and will have 812 residences across both phases, in 3, 4 and 4.5 BHK configurations. Phase 2 is expected to have about the same number of units as Phase 1 and is launching soon from the brand's headquarters in Bologna. Whalesbook has put the Phase 1 sales value at ₹2,000 crore, a figure drawn from media reporting rather than from the joint announcement.
Project details and pricing
The project is positioned as the debut of the Tonino Lamborghini name in India's residential real estate market and the first residential project in the country associated with the brand. The design team includes Handel Architects of New York as principal architect, Bose Brothers Architects as executive architect and Carlos Rossi for interiors. Angela Krieger, Creative Director of Tonino Lamborghini Total Living, leads the design direction.
The layout comprises five towers of G+41 floors with low density, four residences per core and a “Vertical Village” concept built around landscaped greens and a shared “Social Ribbon” link. The developer says the project has been rated IGBC Platinum.

Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal, Founder and Chairman of Signature Global, said the sell-out reflects growing aspiration among Indian homebuyers for globally inspired, design-led living, and their trust in the company's delivery. He cited a recent Savills report which expects nearly 25 ultra-luxury branded residential projects in India to be completed by 2032, and notes that India ranks among the world's top 10 branded residential markets. Tonino Lamborghini, founder and president of Tonino Lamborghini S.p.A., described the complete sell-out as a source of pride and a recognition of the brand's vision, and said Phase 2 will continue that journey.
The location
The Southern Peripheral Road links Sohna Road, Golf Course Extension Road and NH-48, and the estate offers access to the Dwarka Expressway and IGI Airport. Rajiv Chowk on NH-48 is about 3 km away, the Dwarka Expressway about 7 km and IGI Airport about 21 km.
The Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority is building a ₹750 crore elevated corridor on the SPR, running from Vatika Chowk to the Dwarka Expressway cloverleaf, along with a new arterial road linking Hero Honda Chowk to the SPR near Sector 71. The authority also plans about 3.5 km of service roads across sectors 70 to 75. Rapid Metro is planned to extend from Millennium City Centre to Sectors 71 and 72, and Gurugram Metro Phase-II envisages a station near Sector 72.
The developer
Signature Global (India) Limited is a Gurugram-based developer founded in 2014 and listed on the BSE and NSE. Company figures put its delivered footprint at more than 30 projects in Delhi NCR, totalling over 14.6 million sq ft. Ravi Aggarwal is Co-founder and Managing Director.
The company has been expanding its Gurugram portfolio along the SPR, with Cloverdale SPR, Titanium SPR and Daxin Vistas, as well as De Luxe DXP in Sector 37D and Twin Tower DXP in Sector 84. It is also developing a 25-acre mixed-use commercial business district on the SPR with RMZ Corporation. Whalesbook describes the Tonino Lamborghini sale as a move from the company's mid-income and affordable focus toward luxury housing, which competes with established Gurugram luxury developers such as DLF, Sobha and Godrej Properties.
What comes next
Phase 2 is the next milestone, with launch announced as imminent and a unit count close to Phase 1. The launch will bring the first official pricing for the second phase. Whalesbook notes that investors will be watching launch pricing, construction cost control and execution on high-rise work, while the infrastructure upgrades along the SPR continue to take shape.
