Signature Global (India) Limited has obtained official Haryana RERA registration for its flagship Tonino Lamborghini Residences project in Sector 71, Gurugram, clearing a key regulatory milestone for the branded luxury development. The project is RERA registered under Haryana RERA No. RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/1056/788/2026/28.

Set along the Southern Peripheral Road in Sector 71, Gurugram, SG SPR Estate by Signature Global is evolving into an integrated destination, placing a global standard at the centre of Gurugram's next chapter. Spread across approximately 12.40 acres with five G+40 high-rise towers, the project offers premium branded residences with four units per core for privacy and exclusivity.
