Signature Global Subsidiary SGHL Acquires 0.38 Million Sq Ft Saleable Area in Sarvam Project, Sector 37D

Strategic Consolidation on Dwarka Expressway

Signatureglobal Homes Limited (SGHL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Signature Global (India) Limited, acquired on 22nd July 2026 a saleable area of 0.38 million square feet in Signature Global Sarvam at DXP Estate in Sector-37D, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram, Haryana. The acquired saleable area, which was earlier under a collaboration arrangement, forms part of a larger land parcel aggregating 13.56 acres and pertains to a project that has already been launched by SGHL.

The acquisition, completed as a one-time lump-sum buyout, consolidates a collaborative agreement on the 13.56-acre land parcel into full corporate ownership. This strategic buy-out grants the company complete operational and margin control over the development.

Signature Global Sarvam is a residential development in Sector 37D along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurgaon. The project has already been launched, with 2,116 homes offered. The residences include 3 BHK apartments with configurations of 1800 sq ft and 2200 sq ft.
